Our specialty in this job is piece to piece inspection and also protecting our buyer from any type of misguidance or miscommunication. Along with inspection, we monitor and advice all type of development and guidance of the product from sampling to production and finishing in favour of our buyer free of cost. We are very much interest to work with quality conscious buyers.
Our Inspection Includes:
• Finding out good quality manufacturers in favour of our buyers.
• Bargaining with the price (Costing) of the products as per market price, searching of new developed leather or material in favour of buyers.
• Safety of the design of new development from the open market.
• Supervision of sampling, production guidance, and technical development etc if needed.
• We prefer only in-house production guaranteed, with sophisticated machine and also with skilled labour.
• Examining leather quality, stitching quality, accessories etc.
• Ensure material quality as instructed by our buyers (Lining, Thread, Fitting / accessories, In- Lay material, adhesive tap, packaging material etc.)
• In every stage of production, we make a complete detailed report and send it daily / part to our buyers.
